针对我国高速公路项目在施工过程中存在的风险问题,本文首先分析了高速公路项目建设现状;然后,从工期风险、技术风险、费用风险和质量风险四个方面分析高速公路项目施工风险的影响因素;最后,有针对性制定了高速公路项目施工风险管理措施,以降低项目的施工风险,提高高速公路项目建设效率,优化项目的资源配置,保证项目的顺利实施。

In view of the risks in the construction process of China＇s expressway projects, this article first analyzes the status of expressway project construction; then, it analyzes the influencing factors of construction risk of expressway projects in terms of schedule risks, technical risks, cost risks and quality risks; Finally, it develops the construction risk management measures to reduce the construction risks, improve the efficiency of expressway project construction, optimize the resource allocation and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
