社会关系网络的企业微观财务活动研究

Research on Micro-financial Activities of Enterprises in Social Network

企业的发展离不开企业所在的"圈子","圈子"之于企业是无形的,但却又无时无刻不在影响着企业,而这个所谓的"圈子"就是企业所拥有的社会关系网络。企业社会关系网络会影响企业的活动已被诸多学者证实,而本文则专门针对企业微观财务活动进行研究,分别经营活动、投资活动以及筹资活动研究企业社会关系网络对其的影响。本文通过问卷调查与网上咨询相结合的方式对相关原始数据进行搜集,运用线性回归模型检验企业的社会关系网络对三类活动的影响情况。经分析,企业的社会关系网络与三类活动的主要指标均呈正相关关系。本文希望借此引发管理层对企业自身拥有的社会关系网络的高度重视,扬长避短,充分的利用企业这一独特资源,从而促进企业的持续健康发展。

The development of a company cannot be separated from the ＂circle＂ where the company is located. The ＂circle＂ is invisible to the company, but it affects the company all the time. This so-called ＂circle＂ is the social network owned by the company. The social network of enterprises affects the activities of enterprises, which has been confirmed by many scholars, and this article conducts research specifically for enterprise micro-financial activities, to study the impact of enterprise social network on business activities, investment activities and fund-raising activities. This paper collects relevant raw data through a combination of questionnaire survey and online consultation, and uses a linear regression model to test the influence of the company＇s social network on the three types of activities. After analysis, the company＇s social network has a positive correlation with the main indicators of the three types of activities. This article hopes to trigger management to attach great importance to the social network owned by the company itself, avoid weaknesses, and make full use of this unique resource to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
