摘要
本文结合某一项目350m^3废水储罐在进行首次投用前注水检查时发现裂纹泄露的案例,对不锈钢的应力腐蚀开裂现象进行了系统的研究分析。包括应力腐蚀开裂的机理,影响不锈钢应力腐蚀开裂的因素,以及防止不锈钢产生应力腐蚀开裂的建议与措施。
Before the first use, the crack leak was found using water injection to exam the 350 m^3 waste water storage tank in someone project. Based on the example, this paper has researched and analyzed the stress corrosion cracking of stainless steel. The analysis includes the corrosion cracking mechanism, the influence factors on stress corrosion cracking of stainless steel, and the suggestions and measures of avoiding stress corrosion cracking of stainless steel.
