不同更新模式下的历史文化村镇形态研究——以光禄古镇为例

Study on the Morphology of Historic Towns and Villages under Different Renewal Patterns:Take the Town of Guanglu for Example

对比研究不同更新模式下的古村镇形态不仅在于激发社区活力提升,也在于通过关注区域尺度形态,增进中国古村镇居民健康活动和交往、提升生活品质和社会的多元融合。研究借鉴城市形态测度方法,比较分析光禄古镇不同更新模式下的片区形态,研究发现,以保持传统风貌更新的西关片区物质环境和社会环境依然没有较大的改善,以现代化住宅模式更新的龙华片区物质环境形态因门禁化,土地利用强度相对较差,"修旧如旧"形式更新下的光河社区物质环境形态和社会环境形态相对较好。

The contrast study under different renewal mode of ancient villages and towns is not only to stimulate the community vitality promotion, but also to improve the health activities and communication of the residents of ancient villages and towns in China by focusing on the regional scale pattern, and to improve the quality of life and social diversity. Based on the method of urban morphology measure, this paper compares and analyzes the pattern of the area under different updating modes in Guanglu town. It is found that the material environment and social environment in Xiguan district which is updated with traditional features are still not improved. The physical and social environment of Guanghe community under the renewal of the ＂old as old＂ form is relatively good.
