地方高校装配式建筑人才培养机制研究

Research on the Training Mechanism of Assembled Architecture Talents in Local Colleges and Universities

随着建筑工业化的推进,装配式建筑作为一种工业化生产的建筑体系被广泛推广。装配式建筑发展对建筑人才的需求变得迫在眉睫。地方高校作为人才培养的基地,应以培养建筑现代产业化发展的装配式建筑人才为目标,构建装配式建筑人才培养机制。本文主要从校企合作、产教相融及师资队伍培养建设方面提出装配式建筑人才培养机制,深化地方高校装配式建筑人才培养机制。

With the development of architectural industrialization, prefabricated architecture is widely popularized as a system of industrial production. The demand of architectural talents for the development of prefabricated architecture becomes urgent. With the goal of cultivating prefabricated architectural talents for the development of modern industrialization of architecture, this paper puts forward the prefabricated construction talents training mechanism from the aspects of cooperation between school and enterprise, integration of production and teaching, and the cultivation of teachers, and deepens the training mechanism of prefabricated construction talents in local colleges and universities.
