In recent years, with the rapid development of the number and scale of cities in China, the negative impact of externalities of urban logistics on the economic life of the entire city has gradually emerged, especially in traffic congestion, energy consumption, exhaust emissions and quality of life of urban residents and other aspects. This article discusses the external diseconomy solutions for urban physics with the green concept, mainly through enterprises and government two major market participants to jointly promote the solution of the problem.
