摘要
本文从造价咨询单位角度论述了建设项目的工程造价管理与控制工作,重点从招标控制价审核、施工阶段的过程跟踪管理、竣工结算审核三个方面,阐述了工程造价管理主要的工作方法和应该注意的问题,并给出了相关问题的解决对策,其中的操作步骤和解决问题的方法可以被从事全过程工程造价管理工作的人员作为借鉴,其中的工程造价控制理论和方法对项目业主控制项目投资有一定的参考价值。
This paper discusses the management and control of construction cost of construction project from the angle of cost consulting unit. It focuses on three aspects, including audit of bidding control price, process tracking management in construction stage, and completion settlement audit. It expounds the main working methods and the problems that should be taken into account in the management of project cost management, and gives solutions to related problems. The operation procedure and the method of solving the problem can be used for reference by the personnel engaged in the whole process of engineering cost management, and the theory and method of the project cost control have some reference value to the project owner's investment.
