摘要
本文根据德大铁路黄河特大桥预应力桩基施工实践,结合在现场施工过程中预应力钻孔灌注中施工钻孔、钢筋笼下放、预应力钢绞线定位、预应力张拉的控制技术,并借用预应力桩基施工过程中"笼中笼"、"顺接盒"、定位架等施工辅助措施手段,保证了预应力钢绞线灌注桩在预应力桩基施工中的关键控制技术,为以后大长结构预应力钻孔桩基施工提供可靠的依据。
Based on the construction practice of the prestressed pile foundation of the Yellow River Super Large Bridge on the DezhouDalian Railway, this paper combines the control technology of construction drilling, steel cage decentralization, prestressed steel strand positioning and prestressed tensioning in prestressed drilling in in-situ construction process, and uses the construction assistance measures such as "cage in cage", "splice boxes" and positioning frame, to ensure the critical control technology of prestressed steel stranded piles in the construction of prestressed pile foundations to provide a reliable basis for the construction of large-scale structural pre-stressed bored piles.
