This paper introduces the processing technology for the outer circle of a motor copper rotor. By adopting measures such as the improvement of the processing technology of the outer circle of the copper bar rotor and the selection of new types of tools, it can reduce the stray loss and temperature rise of the motor and increase the motor efficiency.
