摘要
针对水煤浆气化加变炉改造技术,通过将水煤浆气化加变炉脱氯部分与转化部分分开,并且改变转化部分加变炉内衬的结构,成功地解决了炉顶坍塌、炉壁超温、生产不稳定的状况,有效地保障了设备的长周期运行,并且提升了产能。
Aiming at the reformation technology of coal water slurry gasification plus furnace, the dechlorination part of the coal water slurry gasification plus fusion furnace is separated from the transformation part, and the structure of the conversion part and the lining of the furnace is changed to successfully solve roof collapse, furnace wall overtemperature, production instability and effectively ensure the longterm operation of the equipment and increase the production capacity.
