浅谈清水沟桥支座更换关键施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 桥梁施工时支座垫块标高和平整性、梁底钢板标高和预埋角度等存在偏差,导致支座出现开裂、脱空、变形超限、变位、受力不均等问题,对结构产生不利影响,处治不当可能导致桥梁损坏,支座病害处治和更换费用高、施工难度大,影响正常交通。本文以甘肃省山丹县X224线清水沟桥为例阐明橡胶支座更换与调整关键施工技术,为新建桥梁支座安装提供指导,避免同类问题发生,为在役桥梁支座更换与调整提供借鉴和参考。 There are deviations in the elevation and flatness of the bearing blocks, the elevation of the steel plate at the bottom of the beams and the pre-buried angle during the construction of the bridge, resulting in problems such as cracking, voiding, deformation over-limitation, displacement and unequal stress in the bearings, which has an adverse effect on the structure. Improper treatment may result in damage to the bridge. The cost of treatment and replacement of bearing defects is high and construction is difficult, and it affects normal traffic. This paper takes the Qingshuigou Bridge of X224 Line in Shandan County of Gansu Province as an example to illustrate the key construction technology for rubber bearing replacement and adjustment, so as to provide guidance for the installation of new bridge bearings,avoid the occurrence of similar problems, and provide references for the replacement and adjustment of bridge bearings in service.
