摘要
本文采用问卷调查法调查海口市高校教师对于激励因子的满意度,基于因子分析法,提取海口市高校教师的激励主因子,为制定合理的激励策略提供理论依据。研究结果表明:(1)激励策略应依据教师的特性人性化制定;(2)影响海口市高校教师激励的主要因子为物质需求、个人需求、精神需求、基本保障及工作条件;(3)海口市高校教师的激励因子中物质需求所占比重较大;(4)高校教师自我实现意识较强,自我期望较高,个人需求因子的激励作用较大。
This paper uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the satisfaction to motivation factors of university teachers in Haikou city. Based on the factor analysis method, this paper extracts the main motivational factors of university teachers in Haikou, and provides a theoretical basis for the development of reasonable incentive strategies. The research results show that:(1)The motivation strategy should be formulated based on the characteristics of the teacher;(2) The main factors influencing university teachers in Haikou are material needs,individual needs, spiritual needs, basic guarantees and working conditions;(3) The proportion of material needs in the motivation factors is relatively large;(4)university teachers have stronger self-realization awareness, higher self-expectations, and individual demand factors have a greater incentive effect.
