摘要
弹簧钢是指由于在淬火和回火状态下的弹性,而专门用于制造弹簧和弹性元件的钢。我们希望通过回归分析等统计方法建立并优化模型,通过对模型的检验,诊断,调整现有成分组合,从理论上找到最优成分组合,使对应的低温冲击功达到最佳效果,从而使弹簧钢保持稳定的耐低温冲击韧性。
Research issues and objectives: Spring steel is due to the elasticity of steel in the quenched and tempered condition, and specifically for the manufacture of springs and elastic elements. We hope to establish and optimize the model by statistical regression analysis, the model by testing, diagnosis, adjust the existing combination of ingredients, theoretically find the optimal combination of ingredients, so that the corresponding low-temperature impact energy to achieve the best results, so that the spring steel remained stable low temperature impact toughness.
