摘要 矿井火灾为煤矿五大灾害之一,一旦发生往往造成巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡,尤其矿井煤炭自燃发火且具有隐蔽性强、治理难度大的特性。因此,要消除和提前防范矿井煤炭自燃发火,就需要了解矿井煤炭自燃发火发生的各种原因,通过矿井煤炭自燃防治技术的研究,强化并普及推广先进的防灭火技术,有效预防矿井自燃火灾事故的发生。本文结合某矿一掘进工作面自燃发火的实际情况,对煤矿井下易自燃发火因素进行综合性分析,运用多种灭火技术相结合的方法,封闭隔绝、均压调整、火区降温、缩封技术、隔断充填等多种措施分阶段治理火灾,效果显著,为矿井火灾防治工作提供了切实可行的实践经验。 Mine fire is one of the five major disasters in coal mines. Once it occurs, it often results in huge economic losses and casualties. In particular, coal mine coal spontaneously ignites and it has a strong concealment and is difficult to manage. Therefore, to eliminate and prevent spontaneous combustion of mine coal spontaneously, it is necessary to understand the various causes of spontaneous combustion of mine coal. Through the research on coal mine spontaneous combustion control technology, we have strengthened and popularized advanced fire prevention and extinguishing technologies to effectively prevent mine spontaneous combustion accidents. This paper combines the actual situation of spontaneous combustion of a mine face in a tunneling process, comprehensively analyzes the factors of coal mine spontaneous combustion ignition. A combination of several fire-fighting techniques, such as closed isolation, pressure equalization adjustment, fire zone cooling, shrink sealing technology and partition filling, are used to control fires in stages, which has a significant effect and provides practical experience for mine fire prevention and control work.
