摘要 课堂教学的满意度直接关系到应用型本科人才培养的质量。本文建立了影响物流类专业课堂满意度的指标体系,综合运用模糊分析法和层次分析法对通过问卷调查获得的数据进行分析和计算,得出其指标体系各因素间的程度关系,其影响因素按程度高低排序依次为:个人因素、教师因素、课程因素和学校因素,为相关部门提供决策参考。 The satisfaction of teaching is directly related to the quality of application-oriented undergraduate training. This paper sets up an index system that affects the class satisfaction of logistics specialty, analyzes and calculates the data obtained by the questionnaire survey by fuzzy analysis and analytic hierarchy process(FHAP), and obtains the degree relationship between the factors. The influencing factors are ranked by individual factors, teaching factors, curriculum factors and school factors, which will provide decision-making reference for relevant departments.
