摘要
高校工科各专业实践教学普遍存在多种问题,严重制约了学生工程能力的培养。以CDIO工程教育理论为指导,以培养学生的工程实践能力和职业素养为目标,对机电工程专业的实践教学体系进行改革,调整实践课程体系,优化实践教学内容,改进实践教学模式和教学方法,完善实践教学评价方式。实践证明,通过人才培养模式的改革,学生的创新能力、实践能力和就业竞争力得到了较大的提高。
There are many problems in the practice teaching of engineering science in colleges, which severely restrict the cultivation of students' engineering ability. Based on the CDIO engineering education theory, this paper aims to cultivate students' engineering practice ability and professional quality, and reform the practical teaching system of electromechanical engineering. It includes adjusting practical course system, optimizing practical teaching content, improving practical teaching mode and teaching method, and perfecting practice teaching evaluation method. practice It has been proved by practice that through the reform of talent training mode, students' innovation ability, practical ability and employment competitiveness have been greatly improved.
