The CPPCC members are the cells of the CPPCC. It is the strength and vitality of CPPCC to persist in giving full play to the main role of CPPCC members. We must conscientiously respect the status of the members of the committee,safeguard the democratic rights of the members,improve the system of liaison and strengthen the construction of the members,so that the members can show greater action on the stage of the CPPCC and the actual work platform.
