会泽黑颈鹤保护区范围及功能区划调整适宜性分析

The Suitability Analysis of the Scope and Functional Zoning Adjustment in the National Nature Reserve of Black-necked Cranes in Huize

为切实解决会泽黑颈鹤保护区开发和保护之间的矛盾,提出了该保护区的范围和功能区划调整方案。从保护目标、对象和性质,对保护区整体保护、生物多样性及湿地生态系统价值影响方面分析了保护区范围及功能区划调整的适宜性,得出调整后保护区生态服务功能将明显增加,区划更为适宜,布局更显合理的结论。

In order to solve the contradiction between development and protection of the black-necking crane reserve,the scope and functional zoning adjustment plan of the protection zone were put forward. In the basis of the nature of the overall protection,biodiversity and wetland ecosystem value,the suitability of function regionalization adjustment was analyzed. The ecological service function would increase obviously. The regionalization would become more appropriate as well as the rational layout.
