基于健康水循环理论的大理市海东新区水资源配置研究

以健康水循环理论作为指导,对大理海东新区的水资源需求、水量平衡进行了分析,根据水资源供给与需求在旱季、雨季时间分布上的区别,分别给出了旱季、雨季大理海东新区水资源配置方案。

Healthy hydrological cycle theory is a useful method to guide the water allocation of urban development and construction. The water resources demand and balance of the Haidong new city based on healthy hydrological cycle theory were analyzed. According to the difference between the water supply and demand in dry season and rainy season,the water resources allocation scheme of the Haidong was put forward respectively.
