摘要 根据云南风资源特点,在分析风电场运行噪声影响特点的基础上,以实测的方法论证风电场建设项目运行噪声对声环境敏感点的影响;进一步探索风电场建设项目竣工环境保护验收声环境执行标准,并提出了风电场运行噪声监测要求;明确风机噪声监测时需对背景噪声进行监测,并以敏感点处的风机噪声值来评价敏感点声环境质量。 The in-site monitoring method was used to test the impacts of noise of wind mill on sound environmental sensitive spots on the basis of the characteristics of noise of operating mills according to the properties of wind resources of Yunnan. The sound standard for environmental protection acceptance of completion was further discussed. It was ensured that the background noise needed to be monitored when testing the fan noise. The fan noise in the sound sensitive spots should be adopted to assess the sound quality of the sensitive spots.
