摘要
建立了固体废物浸出液中64种挥发性有机物的测定方法。通过零顶空提取器以醋酸缓冲溶液为浸提剂对固废样品进行处理,再以吹扫捕集富集浸出液中的挥发性有机物,高温脱附进入气相色谱质谱分析。对固体废物的浸出条件和仪器测定参数进行了优化,同时对线性范围、检出限、加标回收率、精密度及准确度进行了实验。结果表明,不同浓度样品重复测定时(以5m L进样体积计),方法检出限为0.01~0.10μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.3%~13%,加标回收率为60.8%~128.4%。方法稳定性好,灵敏度高,操作步骤简便,实用性强,自动化集成度高,可以满足固体废物浸出液中64种挥发性有机物的同时测定。
The method of determining sixty-four kinds of volatile organic compounds in solid waste leaching liquor was set up. The solid waste sample was treated by acetic acid buffer solution as extraction regent by zero headspace extractor. The volatile organic compounds in solid waste leaching liquor were collected through purging and trapping. Then,the compounds were piped into gas chromatography and mass spectrometry through high temperature desorption. The leaching conditions and the determination parameters were optimized. Meanwhile,the linear range,the detection limit,the standard recovery rate,the precision,and the accuracy were tested. The results indicated that the detection limit was 0. 01 to 0. 1μg/L with 0. 3% to 13% of coefficient of variation and 60. 8% to128. 4% of standard recovery rate when the samples with different concentrations were repeatedly determined. The method is reliable,highly sensitive,simple to use,very practical,and highly automatically integrated. It could simultaneously determine sixty-four kinds of volatile organic compounds.
