摘要
国家环保标准HJ505-2009规定用稀释与接种法测定五日生化需氧量。对该标准方法的基本环节进行梳理,就水样采集量、水样预处理、样品水封、接种液选取和溶解氧测定方法选择等做出了总结,提出了建议。认为稀释与接种法在一些具体操作环节还可以进行细化。
The national standard HJ505-2009 stipulates that the biochemical oxygen demand after five days should be determined by dilution and inoculation method,and plays an important role in the field of water quality monitoring in environmental monitoring field. At present,many studies on BOD5 mainly focused on the factors affecting the measurement results and the uncertainty evaluation of the measurement results. In order to make the specific steps more reasonable and feasible,through a number of experimental studies,the basic links of the standard method were combed. It was suggested that the determination of biochemical oxygen demand after five days by dilution and inoculation method should be improved in the following aspects: water sample collection,water sample pretreatment,sample water seal,inoculation solution selection and dissolved oxygen determination method selection. It was found that there were more detailed processed that could be specified.
