Kolb＇s theory of experiential learning believes that learning is the continuous development process of experience transformation and reorganization.Adult learners have rich experience and constitute important learning resources for re-learning.Adult learning is the process of introspection and transformation of their experience by absorbing new knowledge.In the teaching process of adult learning,we should pay attention to the role of adult experience,adopt appropriate teaching strategies,and constantly promote the professional development of adult teachers,and promote adult experience learning.
