磨粒有序化砂轮磨削规则表面的仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了利用磨粒有序化砂轮对规则表面进行磨削,建立了砂轮磨削的运动轨迹模型,推导了磨削规则表面的约束条件,并应用MATLAB软件进行运动仿真,生成表面磨削后的三维形貌,得出了不同磨粒排布及磨削用量对砂轮磨削规则表面的影响规律。 In order to grind the regular surface by abrasive wheel with ordered abrasive grain, the grinding trajectory model of the abrasive wheel was established to deduce the constraint conditions during grinding of the regular surface. The MATLAB software was used for motion simulation and for generation of3 D pattern after surface grinding, so that it was possible to obtain the regular pattern on the impact of different configuration of abrasive grain and grinding feed-rate to the regular surface of the abrasive wheel.
