摘要
城市路网与对外高速公路网的良好衔接是顺利进出城区的基础,研究对象为二网的融合评价问题。首先,从设施、服务性能及衔接点运行质量三个层面构建了二网评价指标体系;然后,基于序关系-云模型构建了二网融合的评价方法,确定了融合评价流程;最后,结合长沙市骨架道路网和对外高速公路进行了实例分析,验证了方法的有效性和科学性。
The good connection between the urban road network and the external freeway network is the basis for the smooth movement of the urban area. the fusion and evaluation of the two networks are studied. Firstly,the fusion index system is constructed from three aspects: facilities,service performance and connection point operation quality. Then,based on the sequential relation-cloud model,the evaluation method of two-network fusion is constructed,and the fusion evaluation process is determined. Finally,a case analysis of the skeleton road network and the external expressway of changsha city is carried out to verify the effectiveness and scientificity of the method.
