基于延误时间最小的右转专用信号设置条件研究 被引量:7

摘要 为减少右转机动车与过街行人之间的冲突,提出了设置右转专用相位的控制方法。首先利用交通冲突技术分析了无右转专用相位时右转机动车与行人的冲突情况,并计算了不同情况下右转机动车穿越行人、行人穿越机动车的临界穿越间隙,提出穿越概率;其次提出了基于总延误时间最小的右转专用相位设置条件;再次利用交通流理论分析了有无右转专用相位两种情况下右转机动车以及行人的延误时间模型;最后,以一典型十字信号交叉口为例,运用延误模型,比较了不同流量下有无右转专用相位两种情况的总延误,并给出了不同流量的情况下设置右转专用相位的临界值。 In order to reduce the conflict between right-turning vehicles and crossing pedestrians,this paper puts forward the control method by setting exclusive right-turning phase. First of all,the paper uses traffic conflict technique to analyze the conflict between right-turning vehicles and crossing pedestrians without exclusive right-turning phase,and calculate the critical gap of right-turning vehicles and crossing pedestrians under different circumstances and then puts forward the crossing probability. Secondly,this paper proposes the setting requirement of exclusive right-turning phase based on minimum delay time. Further,the paper analyzes the delay time model of right-turning vehicles and pedestrians under two conditions of exclusive right-turning phase and no exclusive right-turning phase by using traffic flow theory. Finally,taking a typical cross signalized intersection as an example,the delay model is used to compare the total delay of two conditions,and the critical value of setting exclusive right-turning phase is given under different flow.
