摘要
目前国省干线公路与在建高速公路交叉处施工的行车风险管理缺少明确量化依据。基于德尔菲法和层次分析法,结合交叉施工风险特点,提出了高速公路与国省干线交叉施工点单项与总体行车风险计算方法、风险划分标准、风险辨识和决策方法,并通过实例分析验证了所提方法的科学性,填补了高速公路与国省干线交叉施工点行车安全风险量化评估管理的空白,可为建设、施工等部门在相应防护方案的制定、比选、优化完善等提供依据。
In order to solve the traffic risk management problem of lacking quantification standard about building expressway overpass bridge with national and provincial road,a bi-level estimation method is put forward base on Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process with consideration of the risk features,including calculation method,risk grading,main risk identification and solution. Then the effectiveness of the method is verified by a application example. The method can provide management and construction units a useful quantitative reference in safety scheme making,optimizing,comparing and selecting and so on.
