王家河大桥菱形挂篮改进设计及施工关键技术研究 被引量:14

摘要 由于王家河大桥的主梁重量和宽度较大,原有的菱形挂篮存在总体强度不足、横梁长度较小及挂篮行走一致性差等问题,难以满足王家河大桥的施工要求,针对上述问题对原有菱形挂篮从4个方面进行了改进设计。利用Midas/civil有限元软件从主梁桁架、托底纵梁和行走3个方面对改进后的菱形挂篮进行了有限元模拟分析,结果表明改进后的菱形挂篮具有足够的承载力且变形较小,可以满足施工要求。最后,结合王家河大桥的施工现场,对挂篮施工的关键技术进行了阐明,可为菱形挂篮和同类施工提供参考和借鉴价值。 Due to the large weight and width of the main beam of the Wangjiahe Bridge,the existing rhombus hanging basket has the problems of insufficient overall strength,low beam length and poor consistency of hanging basket,which is difficult to meet the construction requirements of the Wangjiahe Bridge. In response to the above problems The original diamond basket from the four aspects of improved design. The finite element analysis of the improved rhombus-shaped hanging basket was conducted by using Midas/civil finite element software from three aspects of the main girder truss,the stringer and the walking. The results show that the improved rhombus hanging basket has sufficient bearing capacity and deformation Smaller,to meet the construction requirements. Finally,combining with the construction site of Wangjiahe Bridge,the key technologies of hanging basket construction are clarified. This article can provide reference and reference value for diamond-shaped hanging basket and similar construction.
