聚合物改性水泥路面抗滑降噪施工技术分析 被引量:15

摘要 设计了聚合物改性水泥(PCC)路面材料进行了配合比;对聚合物改性水泥路面施工关键问题加以概述,采用摩擦测试车与随车声强法对新铺设聚合物改性水泥混凝土路面路段、新铺设普通沥青混凝土路面路段以及服役10 a普通铺设沥青混凝土路面进行了抗滑与降噪测试,经分析可知相对于新铺设普通沥青混凝土路面,聚合物改性水泥混凝土路面抗滑能力提高了约24.5%,噪声降低了约5.2%。 The design of the polymer modified concrete(PCC) pavement materials were mix; key problems of polymer modification of cement concrete pavement construction are summarized,the friction test vehicle and vehicle sound intensity method of laying new polymer modified cement concrete pavement sections,the laying of new common asphalt concrete pavement sections and served for 10 years ordinary paving asphalt concrete the pavement skid resistance and noise reduction test,the analysis shows that compared with the new laying of common asphalt concrete pavement,anti sliding performance of polymer modified cement concrete pavement is increased by about 24. 5%,the noise is reduced by about 5. 2%.
