摘要
根据A工程地区气候特征,荷载条件,施工经济性方面选择采用SBS改性沥青混合料进行机场道面罩面不停航施工。利用马歇尔试验、施工期压实度、矿料级配油石比对施工现场的改性沥青混合料进行施工技术评价。研究结果表明:改性后的日本90#+5%和克拉玛依110#+5%的动稳定度分别提高了3.43%和3.46%;改性后的日本90#+5%破坏应力和破坏应变均提高了1.15%,劲度横梁下降1.16%,克拉玛依沥青K+5%SBS破坏应力和破坏应变提高了1.19%;日本90#+5%SBS的沥青残留稳定度提高了12%,冻融劈裂强度比提高12%;克拉玛依沥青K+5%SBS沥青残留稳定度提高了5%,冻融劈裂强度比提高11%;RB+5%SBS和克拉玛依沥青K+5%SBS的抗疲劳强度都得到了较小幅度的提高。表明两种混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和抗疲劳性都得到了明显提高,满足使用要求。
according to the climatic characteristics and load conditions of A project area,SBS modified asphalt mixture is chosen to carry out the construction of airport road face mask. The construction technology evaluation of the modified asphalt mixture in the construction site was carried out with Marshall test,construction period compaction degree and ore gradation. The results showed that the dynamic stability of the modified 90#+ 5% and karamay 110#+ 5% increased by 3. 43% and 3. 46% respectively. After modification,the damage stress and failure strain of 90#+ 5% in Japan increased by1. 15%,and the strength beam decreased by 1. 16%,and the damage stress and failure strain of karamay asphalt K + 5% increased by 1. 19%. The stability of asphalt residual in Japan's 90#+ 5% SBS increased by 12%,and the crack strength of freeze-thaw skin increased by 12%. The residual stability of karamay pitch K + 5% SBS was increased by 5%,and the crack intensity of freeze-thaw skin increased by 11%. The fatigue strength of RB + 5% SBS and karamay asphalt K + 5% SBS was improved by a small margin. It is shown that the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and fatigue resistance of the two kinds of mixtures have been improved obviously.
