摘要
为研究钢渣在沥青路面感应热自修复技术中的可行性,利用电磁感应加热方式对掺钢渣SBS改性沥青混凝土的路用性能进行了系统的试验,分析了试件的膨胀温度和升温速率,得出了裂缝愈合的最佳时机。结果表明:掺钢渣沥青混合料的路用性能满足规范要求;感应加热温度不超过95℃,否则试件会膨胀松散;沥青混合料平均升温速率随钢渣掺量和粒径的增加而提高;75℃可作为感应加热的最佳修复温度;综合试验结果,粒径1.0mm、掺6%的钢渣具有较好的力学性能和修复效率。
In order to study the feasibility of steel slag in induction heating self repairing technology of Asphalt Pavement,The test of asphalt concrete modified by steel slag SBS was carried out by electromagnetic induction heating. The test proved the road performance of the mixture,the expansion temperature and heating rate of the specimens,the best time for fracture healing. The results show: The road performance of the steel slag asphalt mixture meets the requirements of the code. Induction heating temperature is not more than 95 ℃,otherwise the specimen will expand loose. The average heating rate of asphalt mixture increases with the increase of slag content and particle size. 75 ℃ can be used as the best repair temperature for induction heating. Comprehensive test results show that slag with particle size1. 0 mm and 6% has good mechanical properties and repair efficiency.
