摘要
为了兼顾沥青混凝土的高温稳定性与施工和易性,浇筑式沥青混凝土钢桥面铺装结合料一般采用聚合物与天然沥青的复合改性技术。加入天然沥青可提升浇筑式沥青混凝土的高温稳定性能。而为了应对不断增加的交通荷载需求,尝试采用高弹改性沥青作为浇筑式沥青混凝土的结合料。基于流动性、贯入度和贯入度增量等性能控制指标,选用贵州黔西南地区的辉绿岩,通过对比分析采用高弹改性沥青和复合改性沥青的两种浇筑式沥青混合料(GA-10)的性能,结果表明:采用两种不同沥青的GA-10性能相差不大,均能满足规范要求,采用高弹改性沥青混合料虽然降低了部分施工和易性,但对高温稳定性提升明显,同时其疲劳性能优异。因此高弹性沥青用于浇筑式沥青混凝土是可行的。
In order to take into account the high temperature stability and workability of asphalt concrete,the composite modified technology of polymer and natural asphalt is usually used as binding material in GA for general steel deck pavement. The main function of adding natural asphalt is to improve the high temperature performance of GA. In order to meet the increasing demand for traffic load,this paper tries to use high elastic modified asphalt as the binder of GA. Based on control index as liquidity,penetration and penetration increment,select the diabase of Guizhou southwest,through the comparative analysis of the performance of GA-10 using the high elastic asphalt and composite modified asphalt,the results show that: the performance of GA-10 using two kinds of asphalt had little difference,can meet the requirements of specification,using high elastic asphalt mixture although the lower part of the workability,but for high temperature stability improved obviously,and its fatigue performance. Therefore,it is feasible to use high elastic asphalt for GA.
