摘要
在超高层建筑混凝土泵送中,泵送阻力较大,混凝土容易出现离析,堵塞管道。基于实际工程案例,阐述了超高层混凝土泵送施工技术,通过优化混凝土配合比,解决混凝土黏性与流动性之间的矛盾。同时从泵送设备选择、设备安装及系统控制等方面,阐述了超高层混凝土泵送的关键技术。
In the super high rise building concrete pumping,pumping resistance is large,concrete prone to segregation,blocking the pipeline.Based on the actual engineering case,this paper expounds the super high concrete pumping construction technology,through optimizing the concrete mixture ratio,to solve the contradiction between concrete viscosity and liquidity. At the same time,the key technology of pumping super high-rise concrete is expounded from the aspects of pumping equipment selection,equipment installation and system control.
