摘要
为解决神朔铁路小半径曲线钢轨的严重疲劳伤损病害,通过分析疲劳伤损发展规律和轮轨接触状态,得到不良的轮轨接触关系容易引起钢轨表面的疲劳伤损。依据神朔铁路线路和通过车辆的调查数据,计算和设计出了适用于神朔铁路小半径曲线的钢轨打磨目标廓形,并给出个性化的打磨方案。打磨试验结果表明,在修复曲线钢轨廓形后,可提高列车曲线通过性能,减轻轮轨接触应力和蠕滑力,从而减缓和控制了钢轨疲劳伤损的发展,延长钢轨使用寿命,减少养护维修工作量,节约养护维修费用。
In order to solve the serious fatigue failure of Shen-Shuo railway minor-radius curve rail,through analyzing fatigue failure development law and wheel-rail contact station,the paper finds out that poor wheel-rail contact relation easily causes rail surface fatigue damage. According to Shen-Shuo railway and vehicles investigation data,it calculates and designs rail profile shape fitting to Shen-Shuo railway minor-radius curve,and shows individualized polishing scheme. The polishing testing results show that: after repairing curved rail profile,it can improve the train curve passing performance,reduce wheel-rail contact stress and creeping force,so as to reduce and control rail fatigue failure development,prolong the rail serving life,reduce maintenance workload,and save maintenance cost as well.
