摘要 介绍了上海地铁13号线淮海中路站施工中超深套铣地下连续墙质量安全风险监督管理难点及相应的控制措施。通过准确地辨识超深套铣地下连续墙施工风险源,从而根据风险控制难点分析相应对策进行针对性监督管理。实践证明,预测的施工风险源合理有效,控制措施得力,整个监督管理过程做到了有的放矢,保证了工程顺利推进。 This paper mainly introduces the difficulties and corresponding control measures of the quality safety risks supervision and management of over cutter diaphragm wall in the super deep shaft construction of Shanghai metro line 13 Huaihai middle road station project. The construction risk source of the super deep over cutter diaphragm wall is identifyed accurately,and carrying on the pointed supervision management according to the risk control difficulty analysis corresponding countermeasure. The practices reveal that the forecast construction risk source is reasonable and effective and control measures are effective,the entire supervision and management process has been targeted,the works progress is guaranteed.
