摘要
研究了典型的线性和非线性压电能量收集装置,应用了基于ANSYS的有限元分析法对非线性压电能量收集装置进行建模分析,利用瞬态分析法得到系统输出电压与激励频率的对应关系,将有限元分析结果与理论模型推算结果对比,证明了该方法的有效性;并将该方法用于非线性压电能量收集装置的优化分析,通过改变影响系统非线性势函数的磁铁间距,得出在外部宽带低频随机振动源激励下,非线性装置发生随机共振、响应频带拓宽时较优的结构参数。
The typical linear and nonlinear piezoelectric energy harvesting device is researched by the finite element method.The nonlinear piezoelectric energy harvesting device is analyzed by the method of finite element analysis based on ANSYS.In the progress of analyzing the nonlinear piezoelectric energy harvesting device,the transient analysis method is applied to get corresponding relation between the output voltage and frequency of excitation.The results of the finite element analysis and the theoretical model are compared to prove the effectiveness of the finite element analysis method.Moreover,the method is applied to the optimization analysis of the structural parameters of the nonlinear piezoelectric energy harvesting device.The better structural parameters are obtained by modifying the distance between the magnets which affects the nonlinear potential function of the system when random resonance happens in the system and response bandwidth is widened after excited by external wideband low frequency random vibration source.
