基于文献数据的我国大部分省市蔬菜中重金属含量分布与健康风险评价 被引量:4

Distribution of heavy metal contents and health risk assessment in vegetables of most provinces and cities in China based on literature data

摘要 近年来我国蔬菜重金属污染问题日益严峻,通过检索我国2000年至今关于研究城市蔬菜中重金属含量的参考文献,探讨我国大部分省市蔬菜重金属含量分布情况,并以此进行风险评价。共筛选出了目标文献52篇,涉及24个省市。结果表明,Pb含量超标的省市有新乡、昆明、石家庄、武汉、西安、成都、沈阳、合肥,Cd含量超标的省市有新乡、南京、深圳、中山、广西,As本次研究未发现有超标的省市,Cr含量超标的省市有拉萨。健康风险评价结果表明,石家庄和武汉重金属累积的健康风险值较高,儿童的HI值均大于成年人HI值,表明蔬菜重金属对儿童可能造成的暴露风险要高于成年人,因此要进一步对这些省市进行持续研究,并对污染来源进行有效防治。 In recent years,the problem of heavy metal pollution in vegetables in China has become more and more severe.Through the retrieval of the reference literature on the content of heavy metals in urban vegetables from 2000 to the present,the distribution of heavy metal content in vegetables in most provinces and cities in China has been explored,and risk assessment has been carried out.A total of 52 target documents were screened,involving 24 provinces and cities.The results showed that provinces and cities with excessive Pb content include Xinxiang,Kunming,Shijiazhuang,Wuhan,Xi'an,Chengdu,Shenyang and Hefei.Provinces and cities with excessive Cd content include Xinxiang,Nanjing,Shenzhen,Zhongshan and Guangxi.No excessive As was observed in these studies and excessive Cr content was found in Lhasa.The health risk assessment results showed that the accumulated health risk values of heavy metals in Shijiazhuang and Wuhan were higher,and the children's HI values were higher than that of the adults,indicating that vegetable heavy metals may cause higher exposure risk to children than adults,and so further studies on these provinces and cities should be carried out and effective prevention and control be taken.
