摘要
砷污染是现代社会最严重的环境问题之一。研究采用催化氧化—铜盐法处理高浓度含砷废水,从曝气时间、pH值、铜砷摩尔比和反应时间四个变量分别对含砷模拟水样(As_2O_3含量为50 mg/L)进行了单因素实验,分别得出最佳单因素后再进行3因素3水平的正交实验。研究表明当曝气时间为2.5h、pH值为11.5、铜砷摩尔比为20时,砷的去除率最佳,为98.66%。
Arsenic pollution is one of the most serious environmental problems in modern society.The catalytic oxidation-copper salt method was used to treat arsenic-rich wastewater.For the arsenic-containing simulated water samples(50 mg/L As2O_3),a single-factor experiment,with the four variables of aeration time,pH value,copper-arsenic molar ratio and reaction time,was conducted to obtain the best single factor,and then orthogonal experiment with 3 factors and 3 levels was performed.The results show that when the aeration time is 2.5 h,the pH value is 11.5,and the molar ratio of copper to arsenic is 20,the removal rate of arsenic is the highest to 98.66%.
