摘要
采用LACHAT流动注射仪同时测定海水中磷酸盐、硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮。通过实验条件的优化选择,建立了最佳测定方法。分别分析海水中磷酸盐、硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮的检出限、加标回收率以及标准物质,测得结果值均与分光光度法结果一致。本方法具有快速、省时、方便、基体干扰小、精密度和准确度高的优点,能满足大批量海水同时监测磷酸盐、硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮的要求。
In this paper,an experiment for simultaneous determination of phosphate,nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in seawater using LACHAT flow injection analyzer is reported.The best determination method was established through optimization of experimental conditions.The detection limits,recoveries rate and accuracy of standard materials for phosphate,nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in seawater were separately detected using the method.The results were found to be consistent with those detected using spectrophotometry.The results show that this method has the advantages of being fast,time-saving,convenient,small matrix interference,high precision and accuracy,which can meet the requirements for monitoring large quantities of seawater samples.
