前处理工艺对纯棉纱润湿性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为提高浆液对棉纱的润湿和渗透性能,便于筒纱上浆,需要对纱线进行前处理。本文研究了不同碱处理浓度、处理温度、处理时间对棉纱润湿性的影响。以芯吸效应、接触角、纱线强力作为评价指标,通过单因素试验讨论了前处理工艺及参数。结果表明,碱处理能有效提高棉纱的润湿性能,棉纱的强力无明显变化。合理的前处理工艺参数为:Na OH浓度4 g/L、渗透剂JFC浓度3 g/L、温度90℃、处理时间为30 min,浴比为1∶8。 In order to improve the wetting and permeability of the serous to cotton yarn and convenient for sizing, it is necessary to pretreat the yarn. The effects of different alkali treatment concentration, treatment temperature and treatment time on the wettability of cotton yarn were studied in this paper. The pretreatment process and parameters are discussed by single factor test with the effect of core absorption, contact angle and yarn strength as evaluation index. The results show that alkali treatment can effectively improve the wettability of cotton yarn, and the strength of cotton yarn has no obvious change. The reasonable pretreatment process parameters are Na OH concentration 4 g/L, osmosis agent JFC concentration 3 g/L, temperature 90℃, treatment time 30 min, bath ratio1∶8.
