驱蚊粘胶纤维的制备及其性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 将青蒿精油加入到粘胶纤维纺丝液中纺制复合粘胶纤维,并对复合粘胶纤维的力学性能、摩擦因数、红外光谱、X-衍射及驱蚊效果进行测试。基于上述性能指标的测试结果,探讨青蒿精油加入粘胶纤维纺丝液的最佳比例。研究表明,由含有青蒿精油的粘胶纤维纺丝液纺制成的复合粘胶纤维晶型结构仍为纤维II晶型结构。复合粘胶纤维的力学性能、结晶度与取向度均随着青蒿精油含量的增加而降低,而纤维表面摩擦因数则随着青蒿精油含量的增加而增加。当复合粘胶纤维中青蒿精油含量为10%以内,复合粘胶纤维的力学性能、纤维表面摩擦因数、结晶度与取向度等参数变化幅度相对较小,10%时驱蚊率达到了89.42%。认为复合粘胶纤维中的精油含量应控制10%以内。 Mechanical properties, friction factor, infrared spectrum, X-ray diffraction and mosquito repellent effect of mosquito-repellent viscose fibers made by artemisia apiacea essential oil and viscose fiber spinning solution were tested to study the optimum mixture ratio of artemisia apiacea essential oil and viscose fiber spinning solution. Research showed that crystal structure of composite viscose fibers made by artemisia apiacea essential oil and viscose fiber spinning solution still belong to cellulose Ⅱ crystal structure, what's more, mechanical properties, degree of crystallinity and degree of orientation were all decreased except friction factor. Indexes of mechanical properties, friction factor, degree of crystallinity and degree of orientation and so on which were kept the fiber in good wearabilities at the 10% artemisia apiacea essential oil in composite viscose fibers, meanwhile, mosquito-repellent ratio had reached 89.42%. So it was believed that mixture ratio of artemisia apiacea essential oil in composite viscose fibers should be controlled in 10%.
