摘要
以《职来职往》节目为案例,从叙事视角分析该节目的话语,分析发现无论是以求职者、面试官为主的内聚焦叙事,还是以主持人、职场分析师为辅的外聚焦叙事,两种叙事视角都对话语建构起着积极的作用,不仅能让主持人、职场分析师带动和引导整场求职过程,还能帮助求职者树立正确的就业价值观和人生观。
This article takes the"The Capable Deserve"program as an example,analyzing the discourse of this TV show from the perspective of narrative. The analysis found that whether it is the internal focus narratives of job seekers and interviewers,or host,workplace analysts as a supplement of the external focus narrative,this narrative perspective plays a positive role in discourse construction. Not only can it let the host,the workplace analyst drive and guide the whole job search process,but also can help the candidate to establish the correct employment values and outlook on life.
