绿色发展背景下福建滨海生态旅游发展路径与环境规制研究

Study on Development Path and Environmental Regulation of Coastal Ecotourism in Fujian under the Background of Green Development

通过对福建滨海生态旅游的态势分析、生态资源综合评价、聚类分析,提出了绿色发展背景下福建滨海生态旅游"抓大、联中和放小"的发展路径。在此基础上,针对研究发现的福建滨海地区资源保护措施做得不够理想、资源优势没有能够完全转化为生态产业发展优势的现实问题,从实施原则、发展策略、产品开发、人才培养、防护林生态景观建设、管理控制和法律保障七个方面提出了环境规制相关的对策建议。

Based on the situation analysis of eeotourism in Fujian coastal area, the comprehensive evaluation of ecological resources, and the cluster analysis, this paper puts forward the development path of ecological tourism in Hainan under the background of green development. Based on this, the research finds that the resources protection measures in the coastal areas of Fujian Province are not ideal enough, and the resource advantages have not been fully translated into the development advantages of the ecological industry. From the implementation principles, development strategies, product development, personnel training, protection forest ecology. The seven aspects of landscape construction, managenlent control and legal safeguards have proposed environmental regulation -related countermeasures.
