摘要
无线测量节点的供电是无线测量系统在实际应用中受限制的主要问题之一。为解决此问题提出了一种收集工业生产现场环境余热并转换成电能为无线测量节点供电的方法。设计了由多个无线温度测量节点和一个Sink节点组成的无线温度测量系统。无线温度测量节点以CC2530为核心处理器,用热电偶测量温度,节点电源由能量收集模块供给。能量收集模块用热电片收集环境余热,以LTC3109为核心构成电源管理模块从而获得3.3 V输出电压。设计了上位机软件实时显示和保存Sink节点收到的各测温节点的温度数据。实验表明,在一定环境条件下能量收集模块可以为无线温度测量节点提供工作电源,为无线测量节点供电提供了一种参考解决方案。
The power supply of wireless measuring node is one of the main problems in the application of wireless measurement system. In order to solve this problem,a method is proposed to provide power for wireless measuring nodes by collecting ambient thermal energy from industrial production site and converting it into electric energy in this paper. A wireless temperature measurement system consisting of several wireless temperature measuring nodes and a Sink node is designed. The wireless temperature measuring node contains a CC2530 processor,a thermocouple temperature sensor and an energy harvest module,etc. The energy harvest module collects ambient heat by using thermoelectric chips and a power management circuit converts the output of the thermoelectric chip to a 3.3 V voltage to power the wireless temperature measuring node. LTC3109 is the main component of the power management circuit. A software is designed to display and save the temperature data of each measuring node received by the Sink node in real time. The experimental results show that the energy harvest module can provide power for wireless temperature measuring nodes under certain conditions,and provides a reference solution for the power supply of wireless measuring nodes.
