Status Quo and Development of Existing Residential Buildings Renovation in China

首先从既有建筑的基本情况着手,分析目前主要存在的问题及原因;接着介绍2006年以来政府加大科研投资,逐步完善改造技术标准,并开展一系列老旧小区整治改造工程的探索实践所取得的成效;最后,以2020年全面建成小康社会,实现"住有所居"为目标,指出既有居住建筑改造更新工程量大、任务重,分析其发展方向,并提出相关建议。

Starting from the basic situation of the existing buildings, this article analyzes the main problems and their reasons at present; and then introduces the effectiveness of the government increasing scienti？ c research investment, gradually improving the technical standards of renovation, and the exploration and practice results of a series of old district renovation projects since 2006; ？ nally, taking building a well-to-do society in an all-round way by 2020; and realizing of ＂home ownership＂ as goals, this article points out that the renovation of existing residential buildings project involves a lot of works and tasks; analyzes project＇s development directions and provides the relevant suggestions.
