在住房修缮改造工作中推广应用绿色建材,不仅可以提高建筑本体性能,还可以改善外部空间环境,有效解决老百姓的"急、难、愁、盼"问题。通过国内外绿色建材应用发展情况调研,结合旧住房修缮及绿色建材的特点,总结归纳出7类适用于住房修缮的绿色建材,并重点研究了此7类绿色建材在住房修缮中的适用性和经济性,以促进绿色建材在住房修缮领域的推广应用。

The promotion and application of green building materials in the housing repair and renovation work can not only improve the performance of the building body, but also improve the external space environment and effectively solve the common people＇s problems such as ＂emergency, diffi culty, embarrassing, hope＂. Through the research on the application and development of green building materials at home and abroad; combining the characteristics of old house repairs and green building materials, this article summarizes seven types of green building materials suitable for housing repair; and focuses on the applicability and economy of such seven types of green building materials in the housing repairs to promote the promotion and application of green building materials in the field of housing repair.
