摘要
针对河北省水资源短缺、水土流失、水污染等一系列问题进行了论述,提出了与水资源合理利用相关的可持续发展对策。
in view of the shortage of water resources in hebei province, discusses a series of problems such as soil erosion,water pollution, and puts forward the rational utilization of water resources sustainable development of relevant countermeasures.
