摘要
近代工业建筑保护再利用是新旧体系有机融合的过程,如何在"有效保护"的宗旨和前提下对其进行"合理利用"成为当下社会关注的热点问题。文章以晨光1865创意产业园为例,选取清代末年与民国两个时期的代表性建筑为具体研究对象,通过对建筑改造前后比较分析,重点从结构技术和功能空间两个方面归纳总结出近代工业建筑适应性改造方法,为近代工业建筑的保护再利用提供相关借鉴。
The protection and reuse of modern industrial buildings is a process of organic integration of the past and updated systems.How to make rational use of the ＂effective protection＂ under the purpose and premise has become a hot issue in the current society.In this paper,Creative Park 1865 as an example,the author takes the representative construction＇s characteristics and value in different periods as objects of study.Through the comparison and analysis of the renovation,this paper summarizes the modern industrial building adaptation methods from external interface renovation,structure renovation and space renovation,which may provide reference for the protection and renovation design of the modern industrial buildings.
