土地调查新技术试点:内外业一体化举证模式研究

Study on New Technology Pilot of Land Survey: Mode for Integration Evidence of Indoor and Field Work

针对土地调查试点中,国家举证软件功能的不足,结合东莞市动态巡查系统的工作模式,提出了将两者相结合的东莞市土地调查新技术试点内外业一体化举证模式。通过实践验证,该模式能有效提升外业举证成果质量,提高调查举证的工作效率,为即将开展的新一轮全国土地调查工作提供新思路,同时也为国家举证软件功能的完善优化提供经验借鉴。

According to the function deficiencies of national evidence software,combined with the working mode of Dongguan Dynamic Inspection System,this paper has put forward a way of integration of indoor and field work which had combined the advantages of the above two. Through practice verification,this way can improve the quality of the field evidence effectively,improve the efficiency of the investigation,provide some new ideas for the for the upcoming new round of land investigation work in China,and also provide the experience for the improvement of the function of national evidence software.
