西藏双湖卤虫卵孵化条件的研究 被引量:6

摘要 文章对产自西藏双湖的卤虫卵进行了孵化条件的研究,得出最佳孵化温度为26℃~28℃,最佳孵化盐度为1%~2%;孵化率对光的要求不敏感;脱壳孵化时脱壳程度以75%~85%间为佳;卤虫卵脱壳后应马上孵化,若需保存请在冷藏(0℃~4℃)条件下保存,尽量在36 h内用完,否则孵化率明显降低。 The hatching condition of artemia cysts from Shuanghu lake of Tibet was studied. The optimum hatching temperature was 26℃ -28℃ and the optimum hatching salinity was 1%2%. Hatching rate of artemia cysts was not sensitive to light intensity. The deeapsulated degree of 75% -85% of artemia cysts was better. The artemia cysts should be hatching after deeapsulated imnlediately, if it need to be saved, keeping the deeapsulated artemia cysts in cold (0℃ -4℃ ) condition and trying to use within 36 hours, otherwise the hatching rate was obviously reduced.
